Buddha Bowls are my latest obsession. Just grabbing handfuls of all my fave ingredients and tossing them together in one big bowl! Ah-mazing! If you’re in a rush for something delicious to make, then this is just for you. Add your favourite dressing and you’re good to go.
1 Handful Black Kale
1 Filet Salmon
1 Handful Plum Tomatoes
3-4 Broccoli Florets
1/2 tin 5 Bean Salad
STEP 1 Cook you salmon up, wash your three bean salad and throw this all into a bowl together.
STEP 2 Try the broccoli raw and let me know what you think. My sister introduced me to it and it was marvellous.
