Since discovering buddha bowls, they have become my latest obsession. Named for its resemblance to a buddhas big belly, these bowls consist of grains, protein and tons of veggies. I really enjoy just grabbing handfuls of all my fave ingredients and tossing them together in one big bowl, lots of delicious bites! And this superfood buddha bowl is amazing! Ingredients

1 Handful Black Kale
1 Filet Salmon
a Handful Plum Tomatoes
½ Avocado
3-4 Broccoli Florets
½ tin 5 Bean Salad

Instructions

1 Cook you salmon up, steam your kale and broccoli, wash your three bean salad and throw this all into a bowl together.
